Dila (familiar nickname: Nurfadila Arifin) is an 8th semester student, while Juwita is in the 6th semester at UIN Mataram and has passed 3 months of study out of a total of 4 full months of lectures in the MOSMA program at UiTM.
Apart from participating in the learning process, they also take part in other activities while studying at UiTM. In early December 2023, they had the opportunity to carry out community service activities together with MOSMA and Accounting Research Institute (ARI) students at the "My Favorite Children's Home" Orphanage. This orphanage is located in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
This activity aims to share and play with children from the "My Favorite Children's Home" orphanage. This activity will be held on December 16 2023. This activity begins with playing with elementary school children. In collaboration with ARI UiTM, they carried out game activities such as passing the ball, walking the ball and guessing words. Children are divided into 4 groups for girls and 2 groups for boys. in other places, children aged 5-6 years are given books and colored pencils for coloring. They carry out every activity with enthusiasm. At the end of the activity they also gave gifts and stationery to each child.
This activity is a form of international service that they carry out as students of UIN Mataram and UiTM and this is a valuable experience for them to mingle directly with residents and children in Malaysia, especially at the "Rumah Anak My Favorite" orphanage.
